This particular season has diverse connotations connected to it. What is it about spring exactly? Spring is the re birth after the cold harsh winter. Its the season that tells us to re launch after the winter where we hibernate, stay indoors and re treat. Spring is a new beginning, a new lease and gets you ready for the summer and the heat. But what happens to our inner self in spring. Like how a cocoon gives life to a butterfly, this is similar to how we process. We make lists, we de clutter, we can change direction. What we thought served us doesn’t serve us anymore. Ideas change, how we feel and what we want does too. We get rid of the old to make way for the new.
